Back from Hiatus!
2019.02.02
Hello internet! Its been a while since I’ve last written, doubt anyone noticed though. Ha.
A lot has changed since my last post! I recently graduated from college. Woot Woot! So I’m officially a
computer scientist! 😀 I also found a new job as a software engineer with Graylog which is an amazing
company! I’m incredibly happy! Everyday I’m immensely excited to wake up for work and I feel like I’m truly
making a difference and learning something everyday. I love it, it’s a lot of fun!
This year is definitely going to be amazing, and it’s only just started. 😀
Now just because I’m no longer a student doesn’t mean I can’t keep learning. So looking forward, I’d like to
set some personal intentions, concerning all things Cerulean Cee + learning. This will be my guide for this
year. This includes blogs posts, conferences, books, vlogs and maybe meetups.
1. Conferences I plan on attending:
2. Tech Books I plan to finish reading:
They are ranked according to how close I am to finish reading them, and also my interest in knowing more on
the topic.
- The Web Application Hacker’s Handbook
- The Smart Girls Guide to Privacy
- Gray Hat C#
- Black Hat Python
- Silence on The Wire
- The Tangled Web
- POC || GTFO
- POC || GTFO Volume II
Blog Posts
I intend to post at least twice a month. They will be focused more on How to’s, home lab trial and errors,
etc. Mainly posts that don’t require a lot of typing, more lists, but also more screenshots than
anything. 🙂
Youtube Channel
I recently started a Youtube channel cause… why not? There I intend to post at least once a month cause
sometimes conversations are best via audio/video instead of blog posts, especially if I want to do a book
review or travel vlog or something. I’m by no means charismatic, but its easier to just talk naturally and
then edit as needed.
Check out my lame channel if you want or not.

Meetups
Meetups typically vary, but here are some I hope to go to (assuming they don’t interfere with my work
schedule ):
- OWASP Monthly meetings
- Women Who Code
- ATX 2600
- Hiking
- Pokemon Go
That’s it! Have a lovely rest of your day, and I’ll check back in my next post.
Bye!
