July Intentions

Hello, in continuation of keeping track of my own progress, I’m just going to state some intentions I’d like to tackle this month. Since June didn’t go so great I’ll under promise so I hopefully overdeliver. 😀

What books do I plan on reading?

• Countdown to Zero Day by Kim Zetter
• Snowden Files by Luke Harding
• Black Hat Python by Justin Seitz (up until Ch 6 see June Progress for reason)

What do I want to learn/keep learning?

• Been really curious to keep learning on Machine learning. The most I know is the different algorithms RNN/CNN. But I didn’t learn as much as I’d like. Courses like that in university don’t normally get to progress very far. So I will explore that.

What open source work am I contributing to?

• Here is where I’m having difficulty finding a progress. I suspect this will be an ongoing search until it feels right. So TBD.

Thats it for now. Don’t fail me future me! July Progress better be poppin! Fight that apathy/lethargy monster that’s hiding in the corner because of covid. Beat it with an ugly stick. See y’all at the end of the month!
